Prep
- Throw everything except the grated apple into a large bowl. Stir well. Cover with film and chill your base in the fridge overnight.
Plate
- Spoon as much as you like into a breakfast bowl. Return remaining base to the fridge. Covered well, it keeps for up to a week.
- Add grated apple and a splash of extra milk or natural yoghurt to the bowl. Stir well.
Eat as it is or add extra toppings – sliced banana, berries, chopped pear, a drizzle of honey.
Whatever you like and what’s available and in season.
